Brad Bez enters his first season with the Falcons as the offensive line coach in 2022. Bez comes to UW-River Falls after two seasons as the Offensive Line Graduate Assistant at Western Michigan University, where he helped guide the Broncos to an 8-5 record and an appearance in the Quick Lane Bowl. He coached three All-Mid-American Conference Honorees on the offensive line in 2021. Before Western Michigan, Bez spent a year at Wayne State University with their offensive line as a part of a coaching staff that went 8-3 and finished second in the GLIAC.
A 2019 graduate of Kalamzoo College and native of Okemos, Mich., Brad was a standout member of the Hornets’ Offensive Line where he lettered all four years. Brad was a Dean’s List member and appeared on the MIAA Academic Honor Roll multiple times in his career. In addition to his BA undergraduate degree from Kalamazoo, he also completed his Master’s in Sports Administration while at Wayne State.
